I want to open a class “Beer Hall” … ideas better?
Why is it every bar has the lights dimmed, scuzzy floors and tin ashtrays? It seems that each bar is the same. Boring, smelly, and predictable. My idea of a great bar would be really elegant Thick glass, fine china, and wine decanters. I would like to buy some beautiful paintings for the walls, instead of ugly signs of beer and cleanliness. I mean every day to go over it with a stamp and a fine tooth comb, and degreasing, cleaning every nook and cranny. For ashtrays, get pretty big crystals Glass for tables, fine linen is changed every day really … and natural lighting, as in a restaurant. But the main drink that I wanted to serve be beer.
