The supermarkets and resturants develop signs would help … Job seekers are treated badly. Your opinion?

Ok I ask this question, we need to hear your opinions. I am now employed by a department store retailing. I had the job since January this year, and this is my first job. Before I was hired, it took 2 full years for someone to hire me. Whenever I applied for a job in a supermarket, restaurant, cafe, grocery, hotel, or a supply store for pets, I introduced myself Clean, quiet, and I was well dressed. I applied a couple resturants, and a supermarket, claiming to be "Help Wanted". They even offered me an interview, and I always made follow up phone calls on my applicantions employment. I feel that I was doing wrong retreaded by some employers. Do you think that some employers in supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in emplyers; real treat jobseekers badly. The Job seekers do not deserve to be treated badly at all. What do you think?

as someone who used to hire people for a department store, I say you were treated badly. everyone has the right to put in an application, but not all will get an interview. I used to try to interview everyone, but it's impossible. that there was a job opportunity for a person in cosmetics or …. someone to work in the department of children. the requests I received, I would automatically exclude men. then I check the availability time for each applicant. and experience there. the thought that I could meet the needs of employers, I would call kept on file for 60 days where I worked, and then eliminated. after 60 days, a person must submit a new application, and could to hire immediately if a position were available. it could have been your hours or your position wanted was not available at this time. If you are looking for a new job, please fill out the application, obtain a name of the store managers, and call them. tell them how much you want to work for them … tell them how you prove that you are and being a valued employee. the road to the first task is never easy .. we all take. .. Good luck and you sound like a great employee.
